Overview
The mBox SMSMail service allows you to receive notifications on your mobile phone when you receive an email. You can receive the whole email to your phone (attachments not supported) or just the sender and subject. It is compatible with most email providers like Gmail, Yahoo and Bigpond.
You can create groups and filters so you only receive notifications for the messages you want to know about.
Example #1 - Business Traveller
Dont worry about having to find an internet cafe or pay hotel internet rates whilst you're travelling.
You can get your messages sent directly to you mobile phone. Never miss another message.
Example #2 - Auctions on eBay
If you wanted to know when eBay sends you an outbid notice you can create a filter that only sends you a notification
with the "eBay Outbid Notice" in the email subject.
Example #3 - System Notifications
If you are a system administrator and your server sends an email when something goes wrong, you can use SMSMail to check your email for
the failure notice and then send you an SMS Message.
