Internet faxing with mBox™ allows you to improve communication time with your customers, staff, and business partners. You can easily send, receive, and organize faxes via email, from your computer, or using your phone. Best of all, it's possible to keep up with all of your faxes while traveling. The ability to fax from your email, computer, or phone while traveling makes internet faxing more convenient and efficient than a traditional fax machine.
With an internet fax service, you can easily send and receive faxes using your email. Using mBox™, simply address your email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attach the documents you want to fax, and click send. In a few moments, your fax will be sent and you'll receive a confirmation email to assure you that the fax was sent. This feature allows you to send and receive faxes from any device with access to your email account.
eFax Messenger® allows you to send and receive faxes from your desktop or laptop computer. Simply download eFax Messenger® and enter your account information. You'll need your mBox™ fax number and PIN to connect with your account. Once connected, you'll be able to view your incoming faxes on your computer. These faxes can then be downloaded and saved to your computer for future viewing.
Faxing from your phone is easy with an internet fax service. Simply use the same method as sending via email (or even use a mobile fax app). If you are using a smartphone then it's likely that you can use the email address that you traditionally use for email. However, you can also enter a separate email address for your phone in the Send Options section within your account preferences.
When you're away from the office, you can still send and receive faxes with your internet fax service. One way of doing this is by accessing your email from another computer. Additionally, you can connect to mBox™ using a Wi-Fi connection available at an airport, coffee shop, or hotel. Lastly, you can use the web interface to send and receive faxes when you're at a cyber-cafe or library computer.
